African Culture was not based on a monarchical social structure, it was morally based on oligarchy. As Africans of different nations within Africa, ancient and modern day societies (tribal) relinquished powers to a small group of people, who in confidence, they employed their trust. Kings, Queens, Head Priest, the people etc all confided in the elders on matters of administration, legislation, agricultural policies etc. Tribes and nations alike had honorary titles for these elder groups. But for the sake of the English language and my seizure in linguistics, I forfeit by giving them the title, The Council of Elders. It was our elders who set the righteous path, the glue of our culture/nation, the teachings for clarity. All came from one group of endless wisdom.

The entire conscious community needs to heed the advice starting at 27:40 regarding the proper use of the knowledge. If you really feel you've obtained some great information, it shouldn't be used to bang on people. Utilize that knowledge to personally benefit you, and others will take notice, and may learn from your character or actions.
