I've worked construction before and see that this place has good potential. Needs a roof but the interior floors, doors, walls, and windows appear to be solid. The white walls are clean! Tile floor needs buffing, but looks good, as does the laminate flooring of, what looks like, the conference room. Still needs to be inspected, especially the electrical and plumbing lines. This appears more modern, smaller, and probably cheaper than the huge, older 4-story school building for sale in Philly. Doesn't look like it was neglected. Now if this is a SERIOUS potential purchase, he should come back with the real estate agent and 1 or 2 reputable people that will be serving as Board of Trustees' members. Ask to look at the last building inspection reports and insurance history.

Now just yesterday Umar Johnson tweeted he in Black Panther 2 lol. Tweeted Marvel Studios got in touch with his all the sudden Studios lol. In sequels he to fight with a dead character from 1st Black Panther in the sequel. He finally use his birth name in Tweet Jermaine Shoemake. In sequel he uses his Pan-African Prince superhero. In his Breaking News Tweet, lol. I think he should leave the school building out his mouth and just do an online learning material. If he ever own a house he would know about the up keep just a nursery in home, so many codes along with the cafeteria in a school.
