Was it the US. government that allowed these people from other countries to
come in and set up shop in our neighborhoods. Because there was a time when
Koreans didn’t look our way when we pass them on the streets. What segment
of our society conspired with Arabs and Koreans to exploit the black
community.
Black people should do as Booker T. Washington said. "Cast down your
buckets where you are" Don’t sit around and wait for change. Case and
point. I had a niece and nephew attending two separate high scools. My
nephew attended the better high school with a higher rank than the one my
niece attended. My niece went over to that school and she was such a go
getter and an influence on her fellow students, they all became competitive
and now the school that she attends now ranks higher than the one my nephew
attends.
It hurts me deeply whenever I remember that he’s passed on to the other
side. Rest in peace, elder. Your work should be the code of every African
anywhere on Earth
