organic biology. The topics self-hatred and self-defeat are summed up in
the N-word as it purposely ties, chains the mind to things of organic
biology and the pertinent parts, probably that in the shallow parts, of

ourselves . We must not try to let our wounded self be the spokesperson in
our psyche.
Seeking, finding, mounting and safeguarding our well being is the greatest
practice we can do for ourselves and taking this action on a consistent
basis is the only way I believe to change our mindsets.
Our self acceptance should be our present day revolution.
It is always going to be completely impossible to become a better person
when we do not love the person that we are. When we cannot see or embrace
our inherent value , beauty and uniqueness we do not have much to offer
ourselves in the way of energy and motivation for continuous self
improvement.
I know it is not easy but we must always be inspired by who we are and
where we all came from. In this world real pain and problems, loving
ourselves will not happen overnight and it will take time to embrace the
notion.
When our ancestors speak we must take the position of students and soak up
everything we can and become devoted to our struggle.
If we have a problem to sort out, the solution is the journey that we can
only make. Its our false sense that does not belong and we now must release
all the excess mental exhaustion and rent space in our minds to push
through this attack.
We know that we are not 100% in control of our lives but that doesn’t get
rid of responsibility. Where we are not the direct cause of our situation
it is always up to us to decide how to respond to them and how to feel
about them.
Black people be careful who you choose to lead you…. he/she may be black
but may at the same time represent imperialism.
You can see this in Rwanda/ Congo and many countries in Africa.
Not so much colour but who is put into power for who to benefit!
Those with interest in Africa mean to stay there by any means including
propergander/ religion/ divide and rule IS a big one…
Forget religion its in on corruption of Africa – Stop being naïve!!!
