Academics In Cars #1 Marvel’s Black Panther
We just saw the film and had to discuss some of what we loved and much of what we, ahem, did not.* Some questions we raise include why isn't Killmonger the hero??! What's up with the pan-Africanism here?!!! Why are they smiling at each other!?!?! And is this merely a remake of Paul Robeson's Sanders of the River?

Im greatly dismayed at this film and still haven’t seen it but read and heard so many analyses of it. However this is my favourite because I don’t come away feeling so sick in my gut. Those truth bombs dropped at the end and your reactions to it have had me crying with laughter. So thanks for this..
I loved the movie. But I think that Black Panther fight scene in Civil War was better than all of fight scenes in this one. In fact the best fight scene was in the casino.
And Wakanda should have been WAY more advance that what they showed!!!! Look at the tech in this movie then look at the tech in Avengers. What was the difference? It wasn't that big of an advancement. This movie down played on the Afrikan intellect. We know that our ancestors in Kemet had already measured the speed of light by 2100 BCE. So they should have been way more ahead of everyone else.
