The school systems are "NOT "designed for black children. Also most of these parents are settling for whatever these teachers tell them because "they are not educated enough about themselves to begin with so this leads them to disservice their children by leaving the decision making up to "the oppressors. Also so many parents use "Special education as a crutch to get Disability benefits for their children. So sad…..These parents are as much of the problem as is the School systems. I feel bad for the kids.
