You earned my sub, been out of my peace zone far too long, time to stop my phycological torture and reset my tolerance limits.
Great video, I think this topic is really not discussed enough and we often don't know when we have to relax. Always being busy has become a new sign of success and since often we cannot show our results (especially if we do mental work), we tell people we are busy just so they don't think of us as lazy. And same goes for ourselves: we don't take a break because this might mean we don't want something strong enough and we are not willing to do whatever it takes. So we keep coming up with more and more tasks instead of focusing on the most important, rock them and then relax and be proud.
