Real People, Real Talk says:

The question is, how do you reach people whom are too lost to know that they are lost? The people listening to this are people whom at least know what the problem (lack of economic strategy and power) is. One place to start is to move into low cost of living areas (not ghettos) while we work on achieving the skills/education to increase our economic foothold. A low cost of living area also allow us to build an actual community by creating small businesses and consciously support each other–not charity, we have to price competitively to not only reach the black patronage, but others as well. We also need to explore career possibilities in law enforcement (not just the military) to at least start shifting the balance of power to favor the well being of our citizens. Our people must stop accepting bad behavior within our communities; don't put up with prostitution and drug dealing in our communities! Have regular town hall meetings and reach out to those in the community to attend and discuss community issues and how to fix them. You can talk all we want, but if we don't come up with a plan to address the issues, we are just spinning our wheels.

Dillon Inglis J.R. says:

Anderson and other speakers need to start saying we can do this instead of we don't do this. To promote "affirmative action".
