Great concept…there are Soooo many young blacks educated and uneducated alike that would RUN not walk to this ranch of opportunity. Of course, seasoned and trained elders would be the managers /supervisors of projects on the ranch. Training schools for skills should be on the ranch as well. Many people have the drive but lack the training. I just pause at operating something on ALREADY colonized land…but pale men have colonized so many lands and where do you start?
@ MALCOLMSREVENGE is a very intelligent brother who I think is serious about this effort, but I know for a fact when he mentioned certain names, i.e. Colin Powell, this commentary was satrical and comical. He points out that our focus is in a different direction mainly in upkeeping so called "white supremacy".
I applaud your effort in TRYING to provide options to the problems we face in America, but your perspective is really from THE OUTSIDE LOOKING IN.. IF BILL COSBY WAS DENIED THE CHANCE TO BUY CBS (a television broadcaster) then what makes you think we can BUY ARE WAY TO FREEDOM?? Everyone else FOUGHT TO BE FREE… The price of FREEDOM is death, NOT a Ranch.

Great research. I must admit after reflecting on Tulsa and other successful communities downfall was their lack of security. Have you contacted your list, did they agree? In building homes, I hope there will be similar structures as earthships due to the climate.
