To have a background in working in the mental health field as a TMA (train medical assistance) just being able to pass out meds to people.
It has allowed me to witness and learn the difference between realities and actualities…. with in the field of working with people with so-called mental disabilities, from depression, bi-polar, schizophrenia, psychosis, and etc….. When dealing with people in their own mental states, it is imperative that we recognize that individuals create and live in their own reality…..meaning you can not tell a person what is real for him/her. i.e a person going through a schizophrenic episode that time and moment is real and I seen it manifested in a physical form where the person feels bugs crawling on them, hears voices, and or see apparitions.
What may be real for one person, may not be a reality for another!
However actuality meaning rooted in actual facts meaning it can be shown and proved through a scientific method is what quantum physics calls the collapsed of the wave length i.e. the mental plane or where thoughts are born!
