Sun Spear says:

I believe most of us understand the practice of business but, I feel he should have kept Sandial Brands, or at least a portion of it's controlling interest. This company was not just "a business" it was a " family business" Lets hope that Unilever will continue to put the profits back in the community and Ghana and not cheapen the products. If history has taught us anything, it has taught us what happens when we allow the colonizes to sit at the table. I hope the faces on Essence don't change color. It would be also refreshing to see faces on the cover from the black community who have positively contributed to the black community and learn their stories and journeys other than entertainers. Cantu is not a Black owned product, but now neither is Sandial/Shea Moisture.

King Henry IX says:

Can't talk about black culture and not talk about the black man.

Judah Benjamin says:

A Smith says:

Please stop commenting that he sold out. All he did was sell to bigger company. He is still the CEO and the Executive Chairman. That means he still has shares in the company and is stills getting paid by the company. He is then investing that into another Black Owned Business. Please read something about how business sales work before making stupid comments.

Marsha Creary says:

How would deal with potential issues in an effort to scale your brand? How focused should you be on troubleshooting prior to scaling?

joey costello says:

black. black. black. black. the only word charlmagne knows

B M says:

This dude claims he learned a lot from the Shea moisture scandal but I think he still has no idea why black women were mad. Smh.

Ava Fredericks says:

Gosh I wish the guest would speak into the mic instead of turning their heads to look at Charlamagne & Ye — so their voice didn’t drown out
