Hire and train an abundance of black women, kill two birds with one stone…race issue is covered…gender issue is covered. Money is a powerful motivator for Shahrazad. The cheap benefits/aid single mothers receive cannot pay your rent, bills, ect. The father in the home, taking care of the children is worth a LOT more then welfare.
