Although I have much respect for Dr. Johnson on many issues and topics, I am tired of he and other black leaders/philosophers talking about Cosby was lynched. Bill Cosby played a sucker's game and he lost. He allowed the white power structure to stack up dirt on him and then, at a time and place of their choosing, they decided to fire the bullet that he gave them.
When it comes to R.Kelly or Bill Cosby; are they guilty as charge? More than likely, but I do not consider them rapists, and I think that protecting the image of Black celebrities is important because they represent the Black community. I know that most people will disagree, but if you are not there to witness all that transpired; how can you make a judgement? The truth is we may never know the real story, nor should we care because it's not about them. It's about respecting the culture and we aren't respecting culture when we go into the bedroom of the artist. In other words do we need to know who R.Kelly sleeps with? Do we need to know who Bill Cosby had sex with 40 years ago? They even claim that Dr.King was having orgies with White women. At first instinct when you hear something horrible about these prominent figures, it's only natural to want them to be locked away; but, what does it do for us as a people? This is not about justice. Justice would have ended their careers decades ago, but they were allowed to get away with their heinous acts while they were still popular, but when the devil comes to collect, then we become exposed to the scandals. So, if you allow someone to get away with being a monster for 20+ years; what does that say about the industry? What does that say about are society when justice has been shrinked down to a hashtag?
I am a feminist and I do not respect Bill Cosby as a person, but I respect the brand. Here's the thing,as a woman, I'm vey much aware of the possibility that Bill Cosby is a womanizer, however like Dr.Umar stated in the interview; there's no way a Black man can get away with raping and assualting White women for 40 years. More than likely he was tricking off these women, and the powers that be were aware of this, but, all was good as long as Bill stayed in his place. I think that the metoo movement is a humilation ritual, and it is also a way for them to retrieve their money back. I think celebrities are given money as a loan, and they are not with supporting generational wealth, especially when it comes to Black celebrities.
People say Dr.Umar a fraud but he is filled with wisdom, and a lot of Black people are lost. He is right about investing in useless degrees. It happened to me and lots of people I know. He is also right about the fact that if you try to become nurse or doctor, there are only so many spots available, and you may end switching your major. Why go 20,000 to 60,000 in debt for a degree that's not in demand? If I could do it all over I would have just went to community first and then went into business for myself.

The English Royal Family is already mixed. The great Grandmother of Queen Elizabeth is Black Queen Charlotte who was married to the "Mad" King George. I do agree with a great deal of your platform. Trade School over University (except: Medicine, Dentistry, Engineering etc.) The LGBT platform is ruining the Family structure. Too many family oriented black men & women are being approached with a Homosexual agenda and have to be strongly corrected of the inappropriateness of this Lifestyle. It's disgusting and unacceptable to have to deal with this behavior in the workplace, church, gym or acquaintences.
