Dr. Clyde Winters is an Educator , Anthropologist and Linguist. He has taught Education and Linguistics at Saint Xavier University -Chicago and Governors State University. Dr. Winters is the author of numerous articles on anthropology, archaeogenetics and linguistics. His articles have appeared in the Journal of Black Studies, Proceedings of the National Academy of Science, Science, Bio Essays, Current Science, International Journal of Human Genetics, International Journal of Dravidian Linguistics, and Journal of Modern African Studies.
Dr. Winters has deciphered the Meroitic, Olmec and Danubian writing systems. His latest book is Archaeological Decipherment of Ancient Writing Systems.

We need this class education in KY Paducah Kentucky They have a celebration every year and different Speakers but nothing like this The 8th of August Homecoming Emanipation always the first weekend of August until the eighth of August

Listening to the part about Indians in Alabama. My great grandmother is Indian, but because my grandfather and grandmother divorced I lost that identity. How can we find out if we are in fact native Americans? Love this video so far. Subscribe to your channel as well. I love history. I love documentary. This is a breath of fresh air.
Give Thanks and Praises! I am humbled and inspired. I have an undergraduate degree in History from Clark Atlanta University and have been trying to decide what to study in Graduate School. I wish I could go to a Graduate program lead by these Babas.
I will continue to say America is the old world not Africa! The out of Africa theory is another European concept. Our ancestors say we arrived from star systems and Atlantis and Mu. So when these African groups arrived here there were Black peoples already here and they did not migrate here from Africa. So Just like people sprung from the land over in Africa there were people who sprung from the lands of the Americans!
Great Round table discussion! Something the younger generation can inspire to…. Respectful and Mature no ego involved and religion is left at the door no jailhouse or street corner debates over allegorical spriture and mythical fairytales about sky Daddy's coming to save us from European Tamaho devils…. Also no debating over labels about our identity and what we should call ourselves…. Many if our names were descriptions of our occupation since we were sea farers we were called Moors Which is based on seasm navagation Mooring means to stir mooring a ship to travel on the sea you have to be expert Astrologers of the stars.
Reconstruction includes the Americas. I’m from South Georgia, do your genealogy and realize our identity is also in the Americas but who taught us we were slaves when I can show my family were sharecroppers going back in the 1800s and in the 1790s show the map. Thank you Clyde Winters for letting them know that momma was from America. The documented domestic slave trade existed and the Europeans knew the matriarch of America. The Southeast Woodlands
