I wanna see more videos like this. All we hear about is black people on the margins. All we hear about is poverty, unemployment, crime, violence, incarceration, and family dysfunction. But most black people in this country are not living in poverty and squalor and caught up in vicious cycles of crime, violence, and incarceration. We ain't all living like that, most of us are not. There are successful black communities all over America, there are successful black owned businesses and black entrepreneurs all over this country. There are successful black professional networks all over this country. And another interesting fact is this: African American communities in many parts of America are actually ahead of other ethnic groups truth be told. Particularly in L.A.. Baldwin Hills and surrounding areas are more affluent that East Los Angeles, Santa Monica, and Chinatown combined. That's a fact. Desoto Tx, an affluent African American community has a higher median annual income than the city of Dallas as well the state of Texas on average. These are among many little known facts that no one talks about.
This is the real face of Black America. Successful business owners changing the game every single day, this video is just describing a few that your hearing about, there are countless more success stories in Black America that you will never hear. There are so many successful successful black men and women all over this country that you will never here about and never know about.
