This is a side gripe but I've seen a couple of videos where speakers have to ask for water. I don't know but I spent a lot of time in the church when I was very young (not now of course) but the preacher always had a PITCHER of cold water and a glass to pour it in and he or she had cloth napkins to whip their faces.

Now I know many may have never given a speech or have spoken in front of a crowd before but if you've done, even a small speech at school or college you know that it takes time and you talk ALOT. You also may have to answer questions afterwards and you may also be nervous (clearly not in Seti's case) so you need hydration.

My point is STOP letting these speakers come to venues (you've invited them to, whether paid or not) without setting up their podium or table with refreshments. Usually all they are going to want is water and some napkins and afterwards a meal anyways (cook it if need be, or ask if you can order something for them).

But I tell you, every time I hear him ask for water in a video it burns me the fu@k up. I think people should speak in front of a group for about 40mins at a couple places with and without A/C to get it, somethings you have to live I guess. But even if its a small cooler with ice and about 4 bottles, sport sized of water along with those things that go around your neck to cool you off (a skilled seamstress or a novice could make those) and about 4 cloth napkins or paper towels.

BJ's I know sells bottled water 24 in a pack for about $3, or your local grocery name brand is about the same price. Anyway, just have the brothas refreshments set up at least a half hour (maybe in the frige) to and hour BEFORE he gets there. That goes for anybody, really, that YOU invite to speak (and I would do it, honestly, even if I didn't invite someone to speak, it's call hospitality).
