Callers say Parade is among the affected areas.

Marcus Garvey Drive also also flooded.

RJR News has received reports of chaos along Marcus Garvey Drive which is also flooded due to heavy rain.

Motorists are stranded as sections of the thoroughfare are impassable due to rising water.
