They offered poverty programs that were designed to keep us poor. It has taken us 50 years to realize that we were being underminded by everything this country had to offer us. Handouts instead of a helping hand up. Now we must go back to the drawing board and learn how to play and Win…for the sake of our children. We have to go back to square one.
