Are we (Black Americans) incapable of building our own or do we love being among what the white man has already created for himself? What can 1 Million Black Americans achieve by aggregating $100 USD each (100 million USD), to begin developing large wealthy cooperative communities on the African continent?
Just think about this for a second: "The Statistics of South Africa Census 2011 showed that there were about 4,586,838 white people in South Africa, amounting to 8.9% (which also includes colored people) of the country's population. This is a 6.8% increase since the 2001 census."

This concept (mentioned below) represents the antithesis of our conditioning under the system of capitalism; which forces us to think in terms of individual gains. The idea is to create capital to fund Black businesses, without ANYONE being able to pocket any of the funds, except those (small business owners) who are qualified through a screening and education process. When a nation goes to "war" no one is there to profit. This concept is NOT about filling anyone's pockets. It calls for Economic Self Sacrifice, Self Determination, Self Reliance and Self Sufficiency.

Second layer: all funded black businesses donate $100 a week to generate more Capital to fund larger manufacturing companies, provide transport, create our own sport leagues, vocational schools, health centers, livestock, farms, whole food stores, bakeries, farmers markets, groceries, delis, even medical marijuana grow operation, credit unions, gas stations, import and export, etc. etc.
Third layer: politics, take total control of city (or State) government where we have the majority population
