We gotta leave their labels abd their religion. We cant cause you keep letting whitey in yo businesz. You rather be neighbors with whitey
Government is what happened
Ms. porter is telling the truth about pastor worship. She is right on target about how are jordans going to help you out of poverty. you are still poor wearing hundred dollars shoes
and light bill not payed
We have a conscious rebellion against being diciplined. Clothes, shoes, etc are just the symbols of it. Jordan's, or double monk patton leather shoes.. Doesn't matter. It's all the same. We don't want to have any amount of money without looking like we have a higher amount of money. If you make $10.00 an hr, you'll live like you make $20.00. Noone sees you paying your bills but they see your car in the driveway and the clothes you wear. I'm speaking from my life, we want to feel like we're already vested, the first day on the job. We don't want to feel the growth pains of wisdom but want to have the blessing of wisdoms fruits. The problem is what we see as the fruits.
Fancy shoes, clothes, cars, these are fireworks. You spend all this money on something that has little return. They get stained, dinted, worn out, need maintenance..go out of style. The true sign of wisdom is not having anything that you can't take care of. Children, family, possessions, jobs, etc. And if God has blessed you with them (ie children and family) then it is time to step up and learn how to do so.
God is not a race. He made all races in His image. So let us all love His people as we want to be loved ourselves.
Be blessed and thank you for these videos. I just moved from Birmingham after living there for 10 years and miss it every day. I loved Church of the Highlands. I pray I am able to make a difference in the community God places me and my family in like Chris Hodges and that team does in God's time.
