I think Caymanas is one of China's gifts from Jamaica from one of the back door deals. . They get that land in exchange for something given to Jamaica. If the natural resources are not in Jamaica, but in China, has it been deducted from the repayment bill? I pose this question because after returning from a Jamaican holiday in Feb 2017, I was debriefing to a colleague about my holiday, and I mentioned to her that I rode on the highway her country men built in Jamaica. This co-worker is Chinese, and without hesitation she stated, we(Chinese)needed the natural resources.
