you gotta give the culture vultures some credit otherwise black music would still be in the juke joints. also black artists keep signing them contracts. at some point your culture has to take some responsibility for the state it is in and turn the ship around. *no pun intended
Culture vultures are any person outside of a culture seeking to assimilate/absorb the culture only to profit from it, thus leaving it vulnerable for others to follow suit. This can be people considered as the same race of the people within that specific culture.
