Whatever was stolen from blacks has been given back. Foreign aid to Africa alone amounts to more than what whites ever got from slavery . And there is more, like welfare etc. Blacks are happy here in the US, since almost no black moves back to Africa., they don't want to go home- even if you pay for their airplane ticket and give them a years worth of free rent in Africa, they still would beg to come back to the US. If disparity between whites and blacks exists, it is not due to any so called 'head start' or imaginary institutional racism, but rather it is caused by natural innate differences as related to industrial technological society.
