How about people support businesses that has good products, reliable and has great customer service no matter if the owner is black, white, hispanic or asian
EVERYONE needs to support small businesses ran by ANYONE of ANY RACE. If you find a good local bakery the race of the owner should be absolutely irrelevant to your support of that business. If that business makes a good product support it, if not do not support it.
